It is widely used in hydrogen energy, gas industry, fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, pesticides and other fields.

Shandong Youdao Chemical Co.,Ltd. was founded in 2019 with registered capital of 1 billion RMB and is located at the provincial-level Renhe Chemical Industrial Park of Shandong province,covering an area of half a million square meters.Youdao Chemical is mainly engaged in the production and sales of pesticides and intermediates. Relying on the advanced continuous flow technology of HimileGroup,and catering to the requirements of high-efficiency,low-toxicity and low-residue of the agrochemical industry,Youdao Chemical has conducted deep research on the production technologies and equipment for high-efficiency and low-toxicity diamide insecticides,such as chlorantraniliprole and cyantraniliprole,and has successfully developed the continuous production technologies and devices for nitrification,hydrogenation,oxidation,diazotizationand chlorination,which has greatly reduced production cost and will realize the continuous green synthesis and intrinsically safe production of products.

The under-construction Chemical Technology Research Institute covers business related to the entire industrial chain of chemical engineering, natural gas, and hydrogen energy. We have fluid laboratories, chemical laboratories, and thermal laboratories, which integrates optimization design of process system, industrial product customization, and on-site technical services. The company has independently developed more than ten types of continuous reactors, including micro-channel reactors, dynamic tube reactors, and MIC reactors, and has made personalized modifications based on the process characteristics of our customers.
